Matrix Category 5e
For the majority of network infrastructure applications, category 5e cable proves to be most appropriate solution due to its relatively low-cost. Ideal for office applications and rack mounting patch panel connectivity, the cable can be supplied in either shielded twisted pair (STP) or unshielded twisted pair (UTP).
The general difference between category 5e and category 6 is in the transmission performance and extension of the available bandwidth from 100MHz for category 5e to 250MHz for category 6. This includes better insertion loss, near end crosstalk (NEXT), return loss, and equal level far end crosstalk (ELFEXT). These improvements provide a higher signal-to-noise ratio, allowing higher reliability for current applications and higher data transfer rates for future applications.

block, supplied in Euro format, external dimensions of 25mm x 50mm (euro) & 25mm x 38mm (LJ6C) with cable tie and fixing below IDC block to relieve
